Intrepid Leave Manager - known issues (10.91)

The issues with the NUH email service (emails ending in @nuh.nhs.uk) blocking all emails from Intrepid appears to be resolved. If you are still having issues, please contact us at CSL.EM@hee.nhs.uk or on 0116 478 8651.

Our main website (www.eastmidlandsdeanery.nhs.uk/policies/study_leave) also has several guidance documents and a video guide through the application process, if you are having non-technical issues.

"An error occurred repeatedly" when submitting a leave request

We have received reports of difficulty submitting/approving leave applications using the Safari web browser, and intermittent reports of the issue affecting other mobile devices, stating that an error occurred repeatedly. This has been reported, but we advise all users to approve/apply for leave on a laptop/desktop computer for the meantime, using an alternative web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome etc.).
