This online seminar will provide resident doctors/ dentists with a toolkit of hints, tips and resources to return to training impostor syndrome free.
The session unpacks what impostor syndrome means for returning resident doctors/ dentists, identify procrastinating type behaviour typical of those suffering with imposter syndrome and supports trainees to feel more confident to beat impostor syndrome at home and at work. Resident doctors/ dentists will be encouraged to reflect and share experiences with others.
- be aware of the common causes of impostor syndrome affecting trainees returning to training
- know how to recognise personal procrastination and self-sabotaging behaviour caused by impostor syndrome
- feel ready to banish impostor syndrome to return to training with confidence
